USS Vikrant (Ambassador class)

The USS Vikrant (NCC-10509) was an Ambassador-class heavy cruiser on active duty in Starfleet during at least the middle of the 24th century. She was commissionied in 2356 under the command of Captain Giv Afshar. Vikrant's executive officer was Commander Mariah delos Reyes. (Star Trek: The Webcomic: "The Word of God")

Nomenclature[]

The name "Vikrant" means "courageous" in Sanskrit, a language of Earth.
