USS Vitality (parallel universe)

The USS Vitality (NCC-95238) was launched in a parallel universe, almost completely identical to this one. The Federation there was approached by universe-jumping species called the Thelvons. They were tracking a fugitive from their own universe through many universes, and asked the Federation for help. To assist in the capture of the fugitive a quantum drive was installed on the Vitality. (Star Trek: Parallels)

A Thelvon quantum drive was installed on the Vitality to allow the ship to jump from parallel universe to parallel universe freely.
