USS Waldheim (NCC-11023) was an Ambassador-class heavy cruiser on active duty in Starfleet during the 24th century. She was commissioned in 2340 and was the fourth of a group of Ambassador-class ships named after secretaries-general of the United Nations.
Waldheim was docked in a repair bay at Shadowstar Station (SFR-721) when Tholians attacked the station in 2354 during the Federation-Tholian War. Waldheim and the repair crew aboard her were destroyed. (Star Trek: Shadowstar Station: "Blindspot")

Waldheim was named for Kurt Waldheim (1918-2007), the fourth United Nations secretary general.
