Vadosia was a Bolian male who served as a Federation Ambassador in the late 24th century. He was considered a specialist in first contact, and was also known for offering unwanted (and often untenable) "suggestions" for performance improvements to Starfleet officers with whom he dealt. By the late 2370s, Vadosia represented Bolarus IX on the Federation Council. (Star Trek: Pendragon)
