Valerie Umstead

Admiral Valerie Umstead was a Starfleet flag officer from the 24th century. She replaced Admiral Arthur Bellamy as the commander of the Starfleet Seventh Fleet and lead it during the successful Battle of Chudala from the bridge of the USS Rabor. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
