The Varlamov steak was a Lyran meat-based meal, who consisted of marinating steaks with basil, coriander and Balsamic vinegar. It was served among the Lyran Starfleet crews deployed in the Dominion War. Zama was challenged by Terenar to a cooking contest in which the contestants had to cook Varlamov steaks, after he was disgusted by a Varlamov steak he cooked. (RIS Bouteina: "Varlamov Steak")
