Veker was a Starfleet science officer aboard the USS Phoenix-X in the late 24th century. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

History[]

In 2393, Veker was in Cetacean Ops running multiverse simulations when the room malfunctioned and temporarily submerged he, Briggs and Whui underwater. ("Cetacean Observations")

During the interdimensional conflict with the Hiss, Veker snapped Commander Night Seifer out of a momentary lapse on the Bridge in order for both of them to ensure the next move with the Unreliable would be successful. ("Convergencies")

Later, he called out Sigon for coming onto the Phoenix-X, disguised as a Kazon. ("Tales of Recollection")

When Xyrenia created the giant amorphous blob Frek, Veker was able to translate what he was saying and help Xyrenia through her issues of replicating Lox's work. ("Grievous Obscurity")

In 2400, when the USS Atlantis-R refused to cease temporal shenanigans in the Tilonian system, Veker, on the Phoenix-X, devised a plan to use antichronitons as a method to stop their advances. Unfortunately, this had the opposite effect as Admiral William Theseus had planned, and succeeded the Atlantis in enhancing the Tilonian's Sacred Disorder and sending the Atlantis and BOB back in time to 2379.

In 2404, Veker assisted in the Phoenix-X transforming the Atlantis-R into a molecular reversion field/ion storm, which proceeded to cause everyone on any nearby ships to undergo a reduction and age and memory loss. ("Celestial Dynamics")
