Canon[]
On or around stardate 48315.6 (2371), Stadi piloted the shuttle that ferried Tom Paris to meet Voyager at Deep Space 9. Paris attempted to flirt with her with little success.
Stadi was subsequently among the crew members of Voyager killed when the Caretaker transported the vessel to the Delta Quadrant. Paris replaced her at conn. (VOY: "Caretaker")

The Mysterious Case of Neelix's Lungs[]
In an alternate timeline, Stadi was badly injured during the passage to the Delta Quadrant, but with most of the senior staff killed in the transit, she advanced to acting captain. ("Caretaker")
In this timeline, Stadi formed an alliance with Cardassian Gul Aman Evek, and took on Tuvok as her first officer. She was in command of Voyager during First Contact with the Kazon, Ha'ni, Vidiians, and Sikarians, as well as several skirmishes with the Kazon. ("Caretaker", "Lizard-Women from Another Dimension!", "The Mysterious Case of Neelix's Lungs", "Factoring Primes", "Revelations")
Likely due to her telepathic abilities, background, and relative inexperience, Stadi was an aggressive combatant as a Captain and harbored a special fury for the Kazon. She, along with Gul Evek, encouraged unusual modifications to her ship and its armaments, which proved extremely effective when the newly enhanced Aeroshuttle auxiliary craft was piloted by Tuvok against the Kazon-Nistrim. ("Caretaker", "Lizard-Women from Another Dimension!", "Revelations")
As the first year in the Delta Quadrant wore on, Stadi began to suffer from heavy stress, and confessed her lack of confidence in her command abilities to Gul Aman Evek, who reassured her that he considered her a capable officer who he would be happy to have in the Cardassian Fourth Order alongside him. (MCNL: "Jetrel")
