Captain Victor Robinson was a 23rd century Starfleet officer of the Kelvin timeline.
In 2269, during his command of the USS Eagle, he and his crew made contact with Asgard and its inhabitants. Including the long lost Zach Banner. Banner would return to Starfleet service with the knowledge that a "mind-wipe" was performed on the crew, including Robinson, erasing Asgard and its inhabitants from their memories.
