Victoria S.Y. Paris was a tactical officer in Federation Starfleet service during the late 23rd century. In the 2290s, she was assigned to the USS Avenger. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Belonging")
In 2292, then-Lieutenant Paris taught M'Reen, a Caitian member of the Avenger crew, a strip version of chess.
Early Starfleet career[]
Paris graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2284, and was assigned to the USS Constitution as a security specialist. After two years, she was promoted to lieutenant junior grade and transferred to USS Tereshkova as a security officer and tactical officer. (Star Trek: Shadowstar Station: "Center of Attention") Paris transferred to the Avenger in 2291.
