History[]
Agent "Visala" was the direct superior to Gennaro Laurent in August of 2376. She warned him about making an independent side-deals for his own reasons. (Dark Territory: "Objects in Motion")
Later that year, she became the an "advisor" on the USS Philadelphia. She was the agent in charge of the Section 31 controlled ship. They were in pursuit of Nyota Uhura, who was one of their rivals. The mission failed due to the interference of the Independence. (Star Trek: Independence: "Way of the Gun")
After the failure, she contacted her peer Morgan and recommended the elimination of the Independence crew. He agreed.
