Wally Darling

Not to be confused with the prime version of Wally Darling.

Wally Darling is a puppet who is the chief science officer aboard the Miranda-class Unreliable, having joined the ship in 2365 after dealing with the Home Parasite. (TUL: Parasitic Relic)

Early Life

Wally Darling was born in 2337.

Sometime before 2364, he moved into the Neighbourhood.

Sometime in early 2364, he met Devoid & Sally and faced off (along with the other neighbours) against the Home Parasite, purging it from his house rather explosively. (Welcome To The Neighbourhood)

Later that same year, Wally was asked by Sally to join her on the Unreliable in order to help deal with the corrupted NX-02. With Wally's help, the Unreliable & the Lynimick managed to defeat the Home Parasite again. He decided to stay upon the defeat of the parasite. (TUL: Parasitic Relic)

Career

Sometime after the defeat of the Home Parasite and 2365, Wally gained the role of Chief Science Officer aboard the Unreliable.

2365

Wally was part of the away team that went down to the mysterious planet, he was also attacked by some of the hunters for not being human. He also discovered what a fish was whilst on the wreck of the USS Kolkata. Wally was also witness to the Gajalakan ritual which made use of the Kolkata's transporter. During the fight with Safi’jiiva, he helped figure out that the elder dragon was much weaker than the starship. (TUL: Fantasy Planet)

Later that year, after some doubts about Wallace Daniels (who owned the rainbow factory), Wally helped in the recovery of the USS Andromeda whilst some of the crew were trapped in the Rainbow Factory. Aboard that ship, he acted as both the tactical officer & the communications officer. (TUL: Rainbow Factory)

After he and the rest of the crew were warped to an alternate 2393, Wally and the ship's Doctor went aboard the USS Phoenix-X in order to test their choniton plan against the cracks caused by the Hiss. After the 2 ships escaped to the Unreliable's 2365, Wally was also a part of a meeting set up by Devoid to try and construct a plan, where he compared directly facing the Hiss to the infamous Battle of Azati Prime. Wally was also instrumental in defeating the Lost Void Sentinels, by brute forcing a scan and finding their shields were directly linked to their warp core stabilizers, which were both powered by chonitons. Wally then used this information to help the 2 ships blend in as Sentinels in order to gain access to the Lost Void. (PHXTUL: Convergencies)
