Whui ("Missed the Mishap")

Whui was a Starfleet science officer specializing in navigation aboard the USS Phoenix-X in the late 24th century. He typically worked in Cetacean Ops. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

History[]

In 2374, Whui was an Ensign and present when Captain Daniel and Aegnos disagreed over subaquatic reconstruction data during a trade process that resulted in the kidnapping of Daniel to the Cardassian starship Tarak. Being late to his shift, Ensign Dan pressed Whui on what happened, only to be reminded of Whui's policy of divulging one piece of information a day. ("Missed the Mishap")

In 2393, Whui was at rank Lieutenant and working in Cetacean Ops when Briggs and Veker became temporarily trapped there after a computer malfunction locked the room's doors. ("Cetacean Observations")

Later, Whui mapped out the Dracon's Warp 10 path for an experiment involving the absense of crew on the shuttle. He visited the Phoenix-X's Conference room to signal the test was ready. ("All at Once")
