Wine is a type of alcoholic beverage usually created from fermented fruits or berries.
Captain Noah Wrightson had a selection of wines and champagne in the Captain's wine cellar aboard the USS Cantabrian in 2372. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Isolation")
Riov (and later Her Eminence) Annika Hansen kept a variety of wines onboard: bloodwine, firewine, mineral wine, as well as Château Meidum, 2355 vintage. (RIS Bouteina: "Just Cause")
