Yoqra was a Bolian who had the distinction of being the first of her species in Starfleet. She was born on the day Bolarus joined the Federation. Her mother and co-fathers were determined for her to enter Starfleet. By 2268, she had reached the rank of ensign and was serving aboard the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701).
When the Enterprise and crew were duplicated in such a way that it was impossible to tell which was the original and which was a duplicate, one version was pulled into a possible far future. When the Blood Ravens Space Marine captain Gabriel Angelos was visiting the ship, he demonstrated the Imperium of Man's definition of Human upon meeting Yoqra. Although the Imperium was highly Human-supremacist, for some reason it saw Bolians as Human. Yoqra's insistence that she was not Human disturbed Angelos.
After the Starfleet crew completed the mission that was the reason they were pulled into the future, Yoqra chose to join the Blood Ravens support staff. (38589 Years Difference)
