President Zut was a Ferengi of the 27th century who rose to become the President of the United Federation of Planets. (Star Trek: Mirror Wars)
He was president of the United Federation of Planets during the Mirror War and the first known Ferengi to hold the office. William Deker had a meeting with him and Admiral Klug in the beginning of the Mirror War, just a day before the Battle of Vulcan.
